Hi, my name is Tasha Rihm and I have over a decade of experience serving children and families. Whether you're looking for therapy because of a life-changing event, or simply because you've been dealing with lots of little stuff for a long time, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it out alone.
Throughout my time in the social services field, and in my experience as a girls' basketball coach, I've gained a close understanding of the invisible struggles so many of us face: pressure to measure up in school and work, on the athletic field, and in all of our personal relationships. What's more, as a wife and mom, I also know how hard it is to watch someone you love struggle and not know how to help.
I love working with teens, parents, and young adults to address:
My style is warm and direct. In our sessions you can say what's really on your mind, and you can trust me to provide you with some straight feedback (minus any bit of judgment). Together we'll get clear on what matters most to you and build practical skills you can use between sessions. As a coach and former college athlete, I know when to encourage and when to push. You'll get that same balance in the therapy room.
I work with clients in person at our Indianapolis office and by telehealth anywhere in Indiana, so if any of this sounds like a fit for you or for someone you love, don't think twice. Book a free consultation today, and let's talk.
