Hi! I’m Jessica Armstrong, and I know how heavy life can feel when you’re doing your best but still struggling on the inside. Many of the people who find their way to me look like they’re holding it together, while quietly carrying anxiety, grief, unanswered questions, or the impact of past experiences — including experiences where their body, health, or sense of safety was deeply affected. If that resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (including medical trauma), family or relationship stress, grief, or major life transitions. Some are exploring questions around identity, sexuality, or faith — especially when those parts of themselves have felt difficult to hold together. Others simply know something feels off and want help making sense of it.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals and families who have spent a long-time prioritizing everyone else and are finally realizing they deserve care too. I believe healing is deeply personal and often unfolds best when you feel genuinely seen and understood. When appropriate, I incorporate Brainspotting, a trauma-informed, brain-based therapy that helps process experiences held in the nervous system. It is particularly helpful for trauma that lives in the body that may even be difficult to recall.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to heal.
