Hello and Welcome!
Do you feel like life isn’t going as expected, and despite your best efforts you are feeling overwhelmed? Do you need help regaining a sense of control in your life? Do you feel uncertain about the next steps and worry about facing it alone? Do you need someone to help you get through these challenges and back to being the best you you can be? That’s why I am here.
As a grad student and therapist-in-training at Rock Life Counseling, I have a unique perspective on what it takes to help you get your mental health back on track. I’ve also experienced mental health struggles of my own (occasional anxiety and depression), and I’m fortunate to have learned a number of lessons along the road to recover. I want to pass those along to you, and provide a judgment-free space where you can feel supported as you take the next steps on your journey into healing. Whether you are going through stressful changes or circumstances in life, have anxiety, depression, relationship issues, experiencing grief/loss, or have other needs dealing with the challenges of life, I am here for you!
Working together, we will explore your concerns and identify your individual strengths. Together we will come up with a plan to help develop strategies and create a plan for addressing your concerns. Working together we will build on your unique strengths and abilities, to help you find a way back to a path of healing, and living your best life!
